💼 About the Role:

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all mechanical systems within the offset packaging division.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong expertise in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical team supervision to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• DAE / B.Tech / or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (Offset Printing or Packaging industry – mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of printing machines, die-cutting equipment, and packaging systems.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
• Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced, shift-based production environment.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults in packaging and printing equipment.
• Lead the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.
