🧾 Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the engineering store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage daily operations of the Engineering Store efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels including engineering spares and consumables.
- Create, track, and issue purchase orders for Repair & Maintenance (R&M) requirements.
- Supervise material receiving, verification, and issuance to concerned departments.
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, and related paperwork.
- Implement best practices and maintain compliance with company policies and standards.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store operations and reporting.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
- Experience: At least 5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills Required:
- Inventory & warehouse management
- MS Office proficiency
- Documentation and record-keeping
- Communication and coordination skills
