🎯 Job Purpose
As Assistant Manager – Maintenance, you will be responsible for leading automation, control, and instrumentation processes to ensure seamless manufacturing operations. You will play a crucial role in improving plant reliability, minimizing downtime, and enhancing maintenance efficiency across Toyota’s production facilities.
📘 Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electronics or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Control & Automation processes to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Oversee Instrumentation systems, ensuring accuracy, calibration, and reliability of industrial equipment.
- Perform PLC, VFD, and Controller programming, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance.
- Identify and resolve electrical and control system faults efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation upgrades and best practices.
🧠 Required Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.) and VFDs.
- Strong understanding of controllers, sensors, actuators, and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and automation-related tools/software.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to operational excellence.
