📍 Position Details
Position: Account Executive
Company: Liberty Books (Pvt.) Ltd
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: Rs. 60,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)
Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
💼 About the Role
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
You will play a key role in preparing financial statements, handling reconciliations, coordinating with vendors, and supporting audits and budget planning activities.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and invoices.
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (ACCA in progress preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
