🔧 Job Responsibilities
As an IT Support Executive / Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth technical operations. Your key duties will include:
✔ Network Installation & Management
Install, configure, and maintain network systems including LAN/WAN
Ensure proper labelling, routing, and testing of networking cables
✔ Troubleshooting & IT Support
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Provide first-level IT support for computers, printers, and related office equipment
✔ Hardware & Software Coordination
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and upgrades
✔ IT Policies & Documentation
Maintain IT protocols, security guidelines, and internal procedures
Ensure compliance with company IT standards
🎓 Required Qualification
Candidates must meet the following educational criteria:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Basic understanding of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and system configuration
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
