Job Overview
As an MTO - Laundry Operations, you will be an integral part of our operations team, contributing to the seamless execution of daily processes while developing expertise in efficiency optimization, quality assurance, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all stages of laundry operations.
Manage inventory of detergents, chemicals, and consumables to maintain operational readiness.
- Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and propose actionable improvements.
Collaborate with the team to resolve challenges and ensure smooth service delivery.
Participate in training programs to develop expertise in laundry systems and industry best practices.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates
