Muller & Phipps Pakistan is looking for a Senior Officer Administration - Karachi. The selected individual will act as a central point of contact for employees, providing administrative support and addressing technical queries related to electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed electrical diagrams with specifications for required items.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for electrical projects, clearly defining the purpose of each installation.
Obtain quotations based on BOQs and facilitate management approvals.
Conduct site visits to offices and warehouses to inspect workmanship and ensure vendor compliance.
Oversee project completion by performing commissioning, testing, inspections, and measurements of executed work.
Research and evaluate quality electrical products in the market and identify authorized dealers.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for electrical projects, including certificates, work orders, verification reports, and visit records.
Assist in preparing principal sheets for electrical projects under the supervision of the Manager Business Support.
Requirements:
Diploma or B-Tech/M-Tech (or equivalent) in Electrical Distribution, with 2-4 years of experience in designing and executing electrical projects, preferably in offices and warehouses.
Strong technical skills in both electrical and mechanical domains.
Proficiency in creating and interpreting electrical diagrams (SLD, shop drawings, as-built drawings) and understanding specifications and installation methods.
Skilled in using AutoCAD and MS Office.
